The upcoming Aquarius New Moon event occurs at 27° Aquarius at 2:05 PM MST. The eclipse is conjunct Juno, the Goddess of Marriage + the Feminine Arts, as well as Mercury, our Mind. Mercury is alive in Aquarius, but the eclipse does cast a shadow over it. There seems to be an awful lot of chatter going on in the internal landscape and a bit of negotiation, as well, and Juno encourages us to bargain for our best interests.
The South Node is squaring Pallas Athena, the Warrior Queen and Daughter archetype, who, in the sign of Taurus, perceives with the senses, moves a little slower, is more deliberate.
At this time, She puts us directly in touch with our fears and shows us that how COURAGE can grant us access to an unbelievable amount of MOTIVATION to help us push through this transition.
Vesta, the Goddess of the Sacred Flame, at 14° Sagittarius (conjunct the Great Attractor!) shows us an opening into a new solution to our dilemma, illuminating our path with clarity and conviction, which points to our Destiny, the North Node.
Here stands Ceres, the The Great Mother Goddess who figured prominently in the Leo Lunar Eclipse from two weeks ago, who seems to remind us once again that our moments of growth happen on the *heals* of loss.
At this eclipse point, happening on the south node in Aquarius, we are asked to make a choice about our future– what part of the past are we letting go of in the name of progress?
